  • Vincent Palacino is a name I've never seen anywhere aside from his killer techno remix of "Hard Diversion." This record was huge in its time, especially on the west coast with all of the big San Francisco and LA jocks both in the clubs and at the raves. The rest of the EP is rather forgettable, but this tough, pumping remix with its big horn section and ruthless drum programming still sounds great 15 years later.
