  • Most people don't realize that Freur is Karl Hyde and Rick Smith (plus some other Flock Of Seagulls wannabe's) first 80's synth pop band. Yes, this is Underworld before the addition of Darren Emerson. Yes this is horrible music, kind of funny actually if you think of where Underworld came from. So be warned. Interesting side note, Freur was the first group to actually use a unpronounceable symbol for their name.
